Quality Management in Multi-Source Information Systems

چکیده
This paper presents a first experience on addressing the problem of quality management in MultiSource Information System (MSIS). In this paper we state the problem and perform some practical experience with the definition and classification of quality properties. We propose a correspondence between user-viewpoint and system-viewpoint quality properties, as well as a solution for the problem of quality evaluation in a MSIS considering a few selected properties.
